All hirers are required to pay a £ 50 deposit by credit or debit card at the time of hire. The deposit is fully refundable upon the hired equipment being returned intact and with the time scale hired.

Helium cylinders are hired for a period of 7 days only. Any extension is charged at £6 per week or part thereof. Any equipment not returned within being 14 days late will be reported to the police as stolen.

Every hirer needs to bring with them some form of identification, preferably a passport or photocard driving license

Equipment will not be hired to those under 18 years of age

All equipment comes with a demonstration and a simple to follow instruction sheet. Helium Hire Cardiff can not be held responsible for damage or injury caused whilst the equipment is on hire.

Equipment not returned will incur severe charges. The replacement charge for a helium valve is £ 25, a helium bottle is £ 250 and the replacement cost for an air pump is £ 150.

Prices quoted on this website are fully inclusive or VAT and collection from our Cardiff premises.

Helium Hire Cardiff reserve the right to refuse hire if we believe the equipment is going to be mis used.
